This is the Ninurta the second of the three super units of the Symbiotian Faction.

The basic long range support unit of the triads squad.

Not much is known about this unit.

P.S. Those huge protrusions on its but happens to be a detachable missile pod. Every one of those little squarish doors happen to hold five micro missiles each...

That's alot of missiles.
